Most buying guides for TikTok are Instagram guides with the words swapped. The platforms behave differently, and so should the criteria.
TikTok is not Instagram with a different logo. Its distribution barely uses follower count, its purge behaviour is different, and the things worth paying for change accordingly.
TikTok distributes through the For You page largely independently of follower count. Buying followers will not push your videos further.
What it does do is change how profile visitors behave. Someone arrives from a video, glances at the count, and decides in two seconds whether this is an account worth following. Below a few hundred, that decision usually goes against you.
So the correct question is not "which site delivers the most followers" but "which site delivers followers that stay long enough to do that job".
1. Delivery pacing. Same rule as everywhere: gradual, spread over hours. Instant bulk delivery on TikTok drops faster than on Instagram, because TikTok's cleanup of inactive accounts is more aggressive.
2. Refill window. Because of that cleanup, a refill matters more on TikTok. Under 30 days is not worth having.
3. Username-only ordering. No service should ask for your TikTok password. Not one. TikTok's automated-behaviour detection is stricter than Instagram's and the consequences land on your account.
4. Whether they sell views separately. A provider who understands the platform will steer you towards views for distribution and followers for profile conversion. One that pushes followers as a route to reach does not know how TikTok works.
5. Handle format. TikTok fulfilment needs the full profile URL rather than a bare @handle. A checkout that asks for the right format is a small signal that the fulfilment is real.
Buy the smallest package available. Then:
Four steps, a couple of pounds, and you learn more than any review page will tell you. Do it before spending anything serious.
There is no secret supplier in this market. Most storefronts resell from the same handful of panels, and the visible differences are pacing, guarantees and whether support answers.
Judge on those three. Ignore the badges.
Gradual delivery, a real refill window, and views if distribution is what you actually need.
Not meaningfully. The For You page distributes largely independently of follower count. Followers affect whether profile visitors convert.
Delivery to a public username carries little risk. Giving a service your password does, because automation running from your account is what TikTok penalises.
TikTok removes inactive and automated accounts more aggressively, which is why a 30-day-plus refill window matters more here.
Views if you want distribution on a specific video. Followers if people are visiting your profile and not following.
