We want every order delivered as described. This policy explains our 30-day refill guarantee, when refunds apply, and how to claim. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
If any followers, likes or views from your order drop within 30 days of delivery, we will refill them free of charge. Just contact us with your order details and we'll top it back up.
If we are unable to start or complete your order, you are entitled to a full refund for the undelivered portion. If an order cannot be delivered at all, you receive a full refund.
Our services are digital services that begin immediately after purchase. By placing an order, you request that we begin delivery straight away and you acknowledge that, once delivery has begun, you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for the part performed. This does not affect your rights where a service is faulty or not as described.
Contact us via our contact page with your order email and details within a reasonable time of the issue. We'll review and respond promptly.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you have a problem, please contact us first — we'll almost always resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
